RENEWALS: The fees for your GoVirtualWorld Plan will be billed from the date you first elect a Subscription and on each annual/monthly (as applicable) renewal date thereafter, unless and until you cancel your request. GoVirtualworld Customer services Manager will automatically send you an invoice via email, followed by a telephonic reminder to make payment on the annual/monthly anniversary of the commencement of your GoVirtualWorld Subscription. DIAGNOSTICS: GoVirtualWorld uses state of the art software and Omni-Channel methods to diagnose your issues. Market standard tools can be downloaded and run by the customers themselves. Please note GoVirtualWorld does not charge the customer of these software and tools and are deemed 100% FREE.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY: Most of the Companies provide Hardware as well as Software service for an initial period of the product life under their warranty programs. In case, your product is under warranty, GoVirtualWorld strongly recommends you to kindly get in touch with the original manufacturer and get FREE technical service.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE: GoVirtualWorld promises stress tested software development upon completion. We strongly recommend all our customers to test and get acclimatized with all KPI's. At the time of completion and hand over, we extend our recommendation to all our customers to purchase AMC. This guarantees servicing, amendments and further development of your product.
