Refund Policy

The fees for your GoVirtualWorld consulting will be billed from the date you first elect a Subscription and on each annual/monthly (as applicable) renewal date thereafter, unless and until you cancel your account. GoVirtualworld will automatically send you an invoice via email, followed by a telephonic reminder to make payment on the annual/monthly anniversary of the commencement of your GoVirtualWorld Subscription.

BILLING ACCOUNT : GoVirtualWorld accepts debit and credit cards, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Diners Club, Discover, Wire Transfer and eCheck, and will automatically bill you on an annual/monthly basis (as applicable). If you want to use a different charge card or if there is a change in your charge card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing your "Account" page. If your charge card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of your GoVirtualWorld Subscription constitutes your authorization for us to continue honour that charge card, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated in your Client Portal.

CHANGES : You acknowledge that the amount billed each year/month (as applicable) may vary for reasons that include: promotional offers, changes in your account, or changes in the amount of applicable sales tax, and you hereby authorize us to invoice you for such varying amounts. GoVirtualWorld may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will notify you of such changes via email and telephone.

UPGRADES : GoVirtualWorld Maintenance Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable. Should you elect to upgrade your GoVirtualWorld Subscription, you will be billed at the new annual/monthly (as applicable) rate on the date you elect such upgrade, and on the annual/monthly anniversary of such date afterwards.

LATE PAYMENTS : If any fee is not paid in a timely manner or if GoVirtualworld is unable to process your transaction using the charge card information provided, GoVirtualWorld reserves the right to revoke access to your Webmail, OwnCloud, Server, data backup and Network Security. If you do not bring your GoVirtualWorld Subscription balance current within Seven days after GoVirtualWorld provides you with notification that your account requires renewal, GoVirtualWorld reserves the right to terminate your account.

TAXES : All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. sales, use, or value-added tax), unless otherwise stated, and you are solely responsible for the payment of any such taxes that may be imposed on your use of your GoVirtualWorld Subscription.

REFUNDS

GoVirtualWorld does not provide refunds or credits for any partial months. Should you elect to cancel, downgrade or upgrade your GoVirtualWorld V-Plan Subscription, you will not be issued a refund or credit for the most recently (or any previously) charged subscription fees.

Consulting Service Refunds

For all Technology services (consulting service), refund requests will be accepted if our expert have not been able to resolve any issue within the first 30 days of the subscription.If GoVirtualWorld managed to resolve one or more cases successfully, the Plan fees are non refundable.

One - Time Product Refunds

One-Time product refund, service must be used within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for unused One-time incidental Service after 7 days.A used One-Time Service Plan is eligible for refund if the issue/incident cannot be resolved pertaining to your product purchase by our professional. In this case, refund requests must be made within 7 days of last one-to-one interaction with a GoVirtualWorld employee. If a refund request is not received within 7 days, the One-Time Service Plan will be NOT be honoured for a future issue/incident or refund.

GoVirtualWorld LLC and GoVirtual Limited reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to update or modify Refund Policy by posting such update at the Refund Policy page on the Website. Any update or modification shall be effective immediately upon such posting. Accordingly, we encourage you to review this Refund Policy periodically to determine if it has been modified.

Cancelling Your Account

Your GoVirtualworld Plan will continue in effect unless and until you request cancellation in writing 30 days prior expiration date or we terminate it. You may request cancellation of your GoVirtualWorld Subscription at anytime via email or telephone, and cancellation will be effective after 30 days. If you wish to request cancellation of your service, you may do so via your "Client Portal" page. You must cancel your service before it renews annually or monthly (as applicable) in order to avoid invoicing for the subsequent year's/month's fees.
